From sitting down with us all the way through the final stages, it was wonderful working with and entrusting each and every one of you. The special care you took with how my mother looked, the flowers, and the special touches, such as the framed picture were deeply moving and extremely thoughtful. You and your staff made everything smooth and stress free at a very difficult time. I'm sorry for the delay in getting this "thank you" to you, but I still wanted to get this to you so that you know that you and your staff are helping to make a difference in easing a family's grief at the most difficult times of their lives. There are no words that any of us can say about what happened Friday morning at Sandy Hook Elementary School. We will all continue to pray for the victims and their families. We will never forget the 26 individuals whose lives were taken to soon.

We lost a Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, and Friend. Charles will always be remembered for those long nights working in the parking lot at the funeral home, greeting everyone that passed through the doors with a smile, story, joke and best of all a Jolly Rancher Candy. We lost a great man on December 22, 2011.
