"Ronald is a people person; he loves the service side of our business. Of course a funeral is an extremely difficult time for family members and friends, but Ron has a unique ability to put people at ease. It doesn't matter if the families are old friends or new acquaintances, Ron's warmth and sincerity make them feel like they've known him forever."

"David is the fourth generation of funeral directors in the Dougiello family. He is known for his warmth and his charm. David feels that one of the most important functions of his job is preparing the body for the funeral to make sure that the person looks like they did before they passed. He realizes that patience is one of the most important qualities in the preparation of a persons loved one. David knows that he is responsible for the last memory a family has of their loved one and he wants to make sure he gets it right."

"Charles W. is the perfectionist. He will take a car list for a funeral and go over it several times to make sure he pronounces every name correctly the morning of a funeral. He also will take the time to drive an unfamiliar route the night before a funeral to find the most efficient way to proceed the next morning. Charles notable traits can be found in his compassion and his striving for perfection. He often spends extra time setting up flowers so that they appear as appealing as possible and this attention to detail is carried forward to the oversee of the funeral home both inside and out."

"Charles Sr. as he was called, loved his profession, having been the youngest embalmer in the state at the age of 20 in 1945. He enjoyed working in the parking lot during calling hours, helping people out of their cars and always handing out pieces of candy. Now retired, people still ask about him and those special candies. Charlie loved the rose gardens he planted at Commerce Hill he would spend hours out there, picking out the right roses to display in the funeral home."
