Obituary for Mary M. Fortuna (Huminski)

Mary M. (Huminski) Fortuna age 99 of Bridgeport, beloved wife of the late Eugene Fortuna died peacefully on Thursday November 2, 2017 at St. Joseph Center, Trumbull. Born in Bridgeport, She was a lifelong resident and a retired employee of Schick Safety Razor where she worked for over 25 years. Mary was a former member of the Polish Falcons and White Eagles Nest 320.
She is survived by her two sons; Jan James Fortuna of Florida, Raymond W. Fortuna and wife Jane of Monroe, two granddaughters Jennifer and husband Andrew Scherer of PA., Colleen and husband Wayne Smith of Monroe, four great-grandchildren; Tyler, Mackenzie, Caristian and Adalynn, her sister Ellie Arcadia of Bridgeport, several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday November 7, 2017 at 11am in St. Michael the Archangel Church Bridgeport followed by interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Calling hours will take place at the Frank Radozycki & Sons Funeral Home, 305 Pulaski St. Bridgeport on Tuesday morning from 9:30am until time of service.
