Agnes began her adult life working in a button factory across the street from their home in Shepton, PA. Upon the families moving to Bridgeport CT she graduated from Warren Harding High School. After high school she worked at General Electric and then Carpenter Steel. After marriage she then went on to work for her brother-in-law Alfonse Radwill at Carpet Right in Fairfield, CT for many years. Moving on she worked for G. Fox in the carpet department which then became Filenes. Agnes lived in Bridgeport and was a member of St. Patrick’s Church for many years and when she moved to Shelton she became a member of St. Lawrence Parish where she attended Mass weekly. Agnes suffered over the years from several illnesses and fought them all courageously - until now. We are so proud of her strength and perseverance through it all. A special heartfelt thanks to Grace Danielczuk who was with her daily for well over a year and all those who helped take care of Agnes over the last months of her life. Hospice care provided by VITAS was a means of care for Agnes and support for the family. Their services were extraordinary and so appreciated.
